We liked an electronic key card, coffee/tea making equipment and a work desk. The facilities where really good and easy to use. That hotel was in a reasonable location, to a fire station. Cafe Costa Coffee located 2 km away was a nice surprise.

No comment due to the bad experience detailed in the next section
Sleeping was impossible due to a Party being held in 2 adjacent rooms occupied by 10 young females. The noise was not only in the rooms but also in the corridors (screaming, banging doors and loud music) This went on until 5.00am and no one from management (Night Porter) did not take any action. It was a thoroughly frustrating experience and the worst I have experienced in any Hotel. We complained to the Manager next morning together with 2 other guests who also had had no sleep. We received a reserved apology with a comment that these things do happen in Hotels!!!! and an offer if we returned for a stay in the future he would ensure we had the best room in the Hotel. No way would I ever return.

I stayed here for a short getaway to explore the city and catch a match at Anfield. The location was perfect, making it easy to walk to various attractions and restaurants. I appreciated the comfy beds, which helped me reset after a long day of sightseeing. I did find the room temperature a bit chilly during my stay, and it would have been nice to have the bar open later for a nightcap. it was a decent place for the price.

Staff friendly and convenient location with parking. Good value for money but not really of an executive standard. good choice of breakfast
Quite noisy particularly the shared corridor for room 28. Also the kettle arrangement for room 28 was quite dangerous.

The rooms are huge and welcoming with the bathroom and a creaking bed.
The room is slightly tired.

I really appreciated how close the hotel was to Wavertree Botanic Gardens, just 500 meters away, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and it's also near the Liverpool Cathedral, easy to explore the city's rich culture and history on foot .

Comfy bed, clean room. Breakfast was really nice and the dining room was beautiful. Staff were friendly and it was nice to have somewhere to sit outside and have a drink in the evening. It's a good location as it's only a short taxi ride to the centre although i wouldnt reccomend walking around in the area outside/near the hotel after dark as it seemed a little rough.
Nothing really, i thought it was nice, perhaps the rooms could do with a little updating but generally it was realy nice.
